Shipping policy
1. Overview
At Nexar Education, we are committed to delivering our educational products and technology solutions efficiently and securely. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle the dispatch, delivery, and tracking of our physical products such as AI & Robotics kits, lab equipment, and educational hardware, as well as the fulfillment of our digital resources and software subscriptions.
2. Order Processing Time
Processing Time: All confirmed orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM IST are processed the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed and again once it has been shipped, along with tracking information (if applicable).
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We use trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post for domestic deliveries, and DHL Express or FedEx for international shipments.

Please note that actual delivery time may vary depending on product availability, shipping destination, and unforeseen courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Domestic Orders: Standard shipping is usually free for orders above ₹ 5,000. Orders below that amount may include a nominal delivery fee based on location and weight.
International Orders: Charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected courier service. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Digital Products & Subscriptions
Digital Educational Resources, such as online courses, worksheets, or software access, are delivered electronically via email or platform login credentials within 24 hours of purchase.
Since digital products do not require physical shipment, there are no shipping fees or delays involved.
If you do not receive access within the mentioned timeframe, please contact support@nexar.education for immediate assistance.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track the shipment status directly on the courier partner’s website. If your tracking number does not show updates within 48 hours, contact our support team.
7. Packaging & Handling
All physical products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in excellent condition.
Fragile items such as sensors, robotics kits, and electronic boards are wrapped with anti-static and shock-resistant materials.
Large shipments (AI & STEM Lab equipment) are securely packed in multi-layer protective boxes or crates.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most pin codes across India and selected international destinations.
However, certain remote or restricted zones may experience extended delivery times or limited service.
If we cannot ship to your address, our team will notify you within 48 hours and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.
9. Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your shipment is delayed or appears lost:
Check your order tracking link for updates.
Contact the courier with your tracking ID.
If the issue persists, email logistics@nexar.education or support@nexar.education with your order number.
We’ll coordinate with our delivery partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete:
Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos or videos showing the condition of the package and the product.
Our quality team will investigate, and if verified, we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as per our Refund Policy.
11. Change of Delivery Address
Requests to change the delivery address can be made before shipment. Once the product has been dispatched, address modifications cannot be guaranteed.
