This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our various offerings. By purchasing or subscribing to our products and services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refund
We provide refunds only under specific circumstances as detailed below.
A refund may be requested if:
The product or service purchased was not delivered as described.
There is a technical issue or malfunction that prevents the customer from using the service, and our support team is unable to resolve it.
Duplicate payment was made for the same order.
The cancellation request is made within the applicable refund period (as defined below).
Refunds are not applicable in cases where:
The product has already been downloaded, accessed, or used substantially.
Services such as AI Lab setup, on-site installation, or software customization have already been initiated or completed.
A request is made beyond the refund period.
The dissatisfaction is based solely on subjective preferences (e.g., change of mind, color, design, or interface preferences).
3. Refund Periods
Digital Educational Resources (Online Courses, E-Content, Subscriptions):
Eligible for a 30-day refund from the date of purchase if the resources have not been substantially accessed or downloaded.School Management System (Software License or SaaS):
Eligible for a 15-day refund from the date of activation if technical issues prevent use and remain unresolved after contacting our support team.AI & Robotics Lab Solutions / Hardware Kits:
Eligible for return or refund within 10 days of delivery only if the items are defective, damaged, or incomplete upon receipt.
Refunds will be processed once returned items are inspected and verified.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:
Email our support team at support@nexar.education or info@nexar.education with your order details, payment proof, and reason for refund.
Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days.
Once approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If your refund is denied, we will provide a written explanation stating the reason for ineligibility.
5. Partial Refunds and Cancellations
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for:
Subscription cancellations before the next billing cycle.
Hardware orders canceled prior to dispatch.
Service projects canceled before significant work has begun (deduction of administrative and setup costs may apply).
6. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items and services are non-refundable, including:
Downloaded or accessed digital materials (lesson plans, worksheets, or templates).
Custom software, branded portals, or school-specific modules.
Completed AI & Robotics Lab installations.
Training sessions, workshops, or webinars already attended or completed.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the approved period:
Check your bank or payment gateway again.
Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. Processing times vary.
